How to reduce size of executable?

Hi,
I'm working in the limited RAM environment.
Dynamically linked HelloWorld is 11K. Statically - 2M.
It's clear that a big part of libgcj is here.
I don't need dynamic class loading, so I don't need VM
at run time. How I can exclude VM and other stuff I
don't need from executable?
