Yeah! Thanks.
But I have another problem that I only see on my powerpc system with
this patch. The compile breaks on every class that references
javax.swing.JComponent with an error saying:
../../../gcc/libjava/javax/swing/JComponent.java:85: error: Nested class
java.awt.Container$AccessibleAWTContainer is non-public; cannot be
accessed from here.
 extends AccessibleAWTContainer {
The workaround for me now is to remove the java/awt/Container.class
classfile and compile the java file by hand before trying to 'make'
again. Luckily there aren't that many classes that use JComponent.
Probably the class file is not read correctly on powerpc for some
reason. I will try to analyze it a little better when I have finished my
current work. But I thought I would mention it in case others see this.
Please let me know wither or not libgcj compiles cleanly for you on
powerpc.
Cheers,
Mark
