We can expand the automated testing a bit. I'd like to see daily results
for i686-pc-linux-gnu and sparc-sun-solaris2.7 at least. (Too bad the
existing GCC test-results database has almost no data for gcj.)

Can you post a summary of outstanding PRs (minus enhancements)? Many are
currently unassigned, and the rest are scattered among just three people.
Some are quite old and will likely need triage again; they may have gone
away on their own.
In case we get lucky and someone new volunteers, there are no evident
guidelines on how to avoid duplication of effort. (I'd like to tackle
a few but am hampered a little by not having a GNATS account.)
