Configuring Java Libraries for mips-sgi-irix6.5's -mabi=64

Don't configure with `java' enabled.
I.e., don't use `--enable-languages=java'.

We should do it using the same mechanism that does it for CXX and CC.
Offhand I don't know what that is.
