You don't need to. The Windows port doesn't work. If and when
someone starts working on it, this is just one more thing they'll have
to deal with.

We prefer a unidiff, which you can make with `cvs diff -u'. In this
case a diff against 3.0 is fine. Also, don't forget a ChangeLog
entry. Send the diff to java-patches@gcc.gnu.org, not this list.
