XPASSes in testsuite

I think the `stub' XPASSes are new and the stub.xfail file should be
removed. Some recent fix must have changed the results of this test.
Feel free to do this if you like; otherwise I will at some point.

I believe removing this XPASS will induce a new FAIL.
I think it is better to see XPASS than FAIL.
