__CTOR_LIST__

I am of the impression that collect2 or ld should be accummulating
_GLOBAL_I_ symbols from linked files into __CTOR_LIST__, and is not.
I have an application which is linked from a single java object and
several static libraries of java objects. The init functions for the
classes defined in objects and in my static libraries are not being
added to the __CTOR_LIST__, but those in libgcj.a are. I'm currently
tracking down why this happens. But this will be old, familiar
territory for someone else, who could save me hours with a timely
e-mail. (Linux native gcj gcc_3_0_branch, HEAD binutils.)
