You can't do that. You have to build gcj from scratch.
But you can configure and build gcj as a cross compiler. At least,
I've done it before -- we don't do it very frequently so some of the
support might be sketchy.
You do this the same way you would build any cross compiler. I'm sure
there is documentation on the gcc web site for this. Or you could
find out how the Hard Hat compiler was built and do the same thing.
