All the gc.h files under boehm-gc should be identical. They began life as
links to each other, but they occasionally diverged due to various
accidents. As far as I can tell, they are identical in the 3.0 branch.
As Jeff points out, this mess should be cleaned up in the 6.0 versions of
the collector, which he recently imported.
