Numerous Libjava Test Failures for gcc 3.1, not for gcc 3.0

Use `ldd foo' to see what foo links with.
IMO the testsuite executables should link to libgcc_s in the gcc
build directory. Anything else is a bug. (Other shared libs seem to be
linked with -rpath, I don't know why libgcc_s should be any different.)
