create_primitive_vtable

Jeff Sturm sent a patch in late April (see
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/java/2001-04/msg00349.html for the original
mail) which I reproduce here:

This was essential to me, when I was producing cygwin java compilers.
I notice that it is not present today in either trunk or branch.
Perhaps this is worthy of some attention?
