vtable layout and finalization patches

FYI -
I checked in the patches for Itanium (TARGET_VTABLE_USES_DESCRIPTORS) vtable
layout, and the changes to call _Jv_AllocObjectNoFinalizer for
finalizer-free allocation into the trunk. Thanks to Alex and Tom for
reviewing these, and suggesting improvements which were included in the
final patch.
If you update the front end, you will also need to update the runtime.
Aside from exception-related issues, the trunk should again be usable on
Itanium.
