Update in internal problem with GCJ on Alpha Tru64

On July 22, I posted an internal error with gcj

1.ParseGen.class produced an internal error. I tested with -O2 and it
compiled.
2.Instruction.class produced an internal error. I tested with -O2 and it
compiled.
I realized that the default optimization value is 0.
I tried to compile javac benchmark with -O2 in all the files, I have a new
internal problem with Type.class. I tried with -00 and it compiled.
