I replied to Kirk off-list. I don't want to advertise my home DSL
line for 140MB of *stuff* in such a well-read venue. But others
sufficiently motivated can contact me for snapshots of the Cygwin
tools I use to cross-compile linux x86 -> cygwin, such as they are.
