I've got the W3C's server Jigsaw http://www.w3.org/Jigsaw/ compiled with gcj and running on http://bothner.com:8011/ (though of course it may come done any time). This is just raw jigsaw, and I haven't started looking at how to serve servlets. Probably start with interpreted servlets. But ultimately I think we want to be able to compile a servlet to a shared library, and have that be loaded by an appropriate ClassLoader.
