Point your browser to:

 http://gcc.gnu.org/lists.html
Scroll down to the `Subscribing/unsubscribing' section, select the
mailing list(s) you want to unsubscribe from, enter the email address
you subscribed under, select the appropriate action (unsubscribe) and
click on the `Process that' button.
