libjava/net/natInetAddress.cc uses inet_pton, not declared on irix6.2

Yes that was gory. :-)
Unfortunately, my problem was an abort in rtlanal.c:2692, totally
unrelated to the above issue. I'm going to poke at it a bit to make
sure it wasn't spurious and then file a report.
