libjava test suite keeps getting stuck

An --enable-threads=posix build also needs this patch.
Test suite is running now.

	* posix-threads.cc (_Jv_ThreadInitData): Use _Jv_Malloc, not new.
	(_Jv_ThreadDestroyData): Use free, not delete.
