Compressed .jar files *should* work (for runtime loading), but I have to admit it
doesn't surprise me that they don't. I'll add it to my long list of things to try
and fix ;-)

I'm seeing this too. This is very strange, and we really need to fix it before the
zip problem can be debugged.
