You're right, this should be done. I do want to make one change first as
I had anticipated a gnu namespace change (bad move on my part). I'll
change it from how it was in the patch I sent (so it matches the Classpath
code). If/when classes in the gnu namespace are relocated by Classpath,
I'll mirror that in sourceware to maintain consistency and minimize
maintenance issues.
I'll also be able to check in the serialization code too. I should be
able to do all this later this week or over the weekend.

I'll see what makes sense too about breaking out awt, beans, etc. as
separate *.so from libgcj.so. If anyone feels strongly one way or the
other, please send me your input.
