That seems ok to me... the documentation is not being copied. There
is nothing in copyright about what sort of entity reads and acts on
it.
As a human (nearlly) I can read Sun's JavaDoc and re-implement their
interfaces.
I don't see why a computer doing it is any different. When you get
down to it I guess as long as the Strings going into the new (source)
file are regenerated then it can't be affected by copyright.
I think it's a great idea... I'll use it for JavaMail.
