Oh. Do you actually use the serialization classes, or just need to link
to them? If the former, 2.95 won't be of much help (it might be
possible to backport the serialization classes from CVS, I haven't
tried). In the latter case, just building non-functioning stub classes
might be adequate.
The best path is to upgrade. 2.95.1 is still the last release, however,
there had been rumors of a 2.95.3 release before 3.0 is out. Anybody
know the status of that?
BTW, --enable-interpreter is not yet supported on powerpc.
