Definitively. This is a bug which depends on the source your
compiling. Can you please file a PR with our bug tracking system
(GNATS), at the following URL:
 http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl 
(It would be helpful if you could corner the bug within a small
 source code example.)
