Build problem(libgcj on linuxppc(R5))

Here is the configure line that I used.
../gcc-2.95/configure --prefix=/Godzilla/tools --target=powerpc-linux-gnu
--enable-threads=posix --enable-java-gc=boehm --enable-languages=c++,java,c
Did I miss something.
