2.95 release update

I have access to FreeBSD 2.2.7 at work and will make an attempt there 
if that will help. (If it takes a lot of handholding, I don't currently 
have the time now.) I've got FreeBSD 3.2 at home and have built the
compiler, but not yet libgcj. I'll do the same there if you don't get
confirmation from another.
