Producing libgcj-2.95

The configure script in libgcj fails unless I specify
--host=alpha-unknown-linux-gnu or update config.sub. The config.sub from
egcs works (alphapca56 and alphaev6 are new).
I had some trouble running the testsuite... there's no good javac on my
platform for the bytecode tests, and I had to tweak the expect scripts a
little to make them work (what version of dejagnu are you using?).
Otherwise, I'm getting a clean build now on Alpha/Linux.
