Well, multilibs are the way to deal with library issues. We already
do this for certain targets (big-endian vs little-endian, etc).
However, AFAICT, there's no equivalent for headers.
Andrew suggested having g++ define SJLJ_EXCEPTIONS when appropriate.
This seems reasonable.
