libffi on solaris x86?

The top level configure.in needs to be changed. Remove target-libffi
from this line:
 i[3456]86-*-solaris2*)
 noconfigdirs="$noconfigdirs target-libgloss target-libffi"
 ;;

Also remember that this isn't an autoconf style configure.in. You
don't have to do anything else other than edit this file.
