Kaffe (www.kaffe.org) has started integrating gcj support in its runtime.
It is, however, only half finished and still waiting for someone
to attack the remaining problems. If anybody wanted to help out
finishing it, that would be great.
Check the CVS repository (the kaffevm/gcj directory) for an initial 
set of changes for gcj support.
