compilation error: libgcj ,OFS1 on alpha

There's a special machine dependent file for the Alpha.
alpha_mach_dep.s should be used in place of mach_dep.c (see
Makefile.orig).
The new automake maintained Makefile for the collector is still
missing a couple things like this. If you fix this, please submit
your patch to the list.
