Can't install libgcj on solaris

FWIW this workaround is documented on the libgcj page.
I haven't investigated why srcdir==builddir builds don't work. I
believe it has to do with recent symlink-tree-related changes made in
egcs.
I'm probably not going to fix this, since it isn't very important to
me.
