[SOLVED] Guest Additions 7.0.24 install of mouse driver fails on Vista VM

During installing Guest Additions 7.0.24 in Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit, I get this in

install_ui.log

Reverted to GA 7.0.22

The GA's installed without issues on Window XP and Windows 7 guests.

I've uploaded a new 7.1 Guest Additions test build:

That should fix the Vista driver installation issues.

The mouse driver installation went on now.

But what are these remarks in the log file about:
Skipping to copy file "C:\Windows\system32\msd3d9.dll"
And:
Skipping to copy file "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msd3d8.dll"
