If VM performance is significantly slowed down with the 'Green Turtle' icon visible then follow this Forum Guide carefully: viewtopic.php?t=99390
Although ageing, the guidance in the above link remains relevant for those Windows PC systems which still experience significant slowdown. Hint: The most common performance interference these days tend to come as a result of the activation of various Microsoft VBS (Virtualisation Based Sucurity) features, which use the Hyper-V platform's hardware acceleration support and therby prevent VirtualBox from directly accessing VT-X/AMD-V support even when all other Hyper-V virtualsation features have been disabled in Windows.

Greetings everyone and a special greetings to our Volunteer friend multiOS.
Thanks for your comment and link.
I have spent many days now trying to figure out how to work it out, but still a failure.
Perhaps you can be so kindly and explain them another way I can understand better.
Thank you for being so kind to post your comment to my question.
Have a great weekend!
