From a description of a surgical procedure:
"The capsule was opened up, and the implant was removed. [...] The wound bed was carefully rinsed out with saline solution and Dalacin solution. [???]. To facilitate the insertion of the new implant, it was irrigated with Dalacin solution."
"Handsbyte" in this context = ?
From the little I've found so far, it looks as though "handsbyte" might be a medical jargon term in modern-day Swedish. But as to what it means, I still have no idea.
Thanks,
Gavril
Öppnar upp kapseln och tar bort implantat. [...] Sårhålan ursköljes noggrant med koksalt och Dalacinlösning. Handsbyte. För att underlätta implantationen av nytt implantatet sköljs detta med Dalacinlösning.
