Several meta-analytic studies have determined strong associations between personality traitsandent repreneurship, indicating that entrepreneurs typically have high
extroversion, openness, and conscientiousness scores and comparatively low neuroticism and agreeableness scores (e.g., Brandstatter, 2011; Zhao & Seibert, 2006).
For
extroversion (H4a) and neuroticism (H4b), those who score high in
