It used to be impossible to fabricate PZT piezoelectric thin films, which constitute the key technology in sensors and actuators, using a low-temperature process with the conventional coating method (Sol-Gel).
Unbalanced Mach-Zehnder interferometer is used where the HC-1550 and the SMF-28 form the interferometer arms wrapped around a PZT tube and an isolated aluminium tube, respectively.
A study is made of the polarization processes in samples of PZT ferroelectric ceramics ([Pb.sub.0.95][Sr.sub.0.05]([Zr.sub.0.53][Ti.sub.0.47])[O.sub.3]) with a perovskite structure in AC sine electric fields with an amplitude of 500-2100 V/mm in a frequency range of 50 to 1500 Hz.
Design of the microresonator was developed taking into account the characteristics of created novel PZT nanocomposite [11] which would assure microresonators 'controllable parameters.
This temperature range corresponds to a sharp decrease of the coercive field of the PZT which may be observed by ordinary heating of the sample in an oven.
In this paper, we have prepared an epitaxial PZT diaphragm structure for underwater hydrophone on silicon substrates and used a finite-element analysis (FEA) to estimate vibration parameters of the hydrophone.
The rotary unit is located on the back of the PZT ceramics and consists of a V type of longitudinal-torsional vibration coupling element (V-LT coupler) [23], a rotor, and a preload spring.
