Some of the minerals, including ferberite, arsenopyrite, stannite and fluorite, are found in quartz veins, while others, including scheelite, chalcopyrite and
bismuthinite, are found in the skarn.

A few hundred such specimens in all were found, Stefan said, last summer at the Nandan mine, Guangxi; there was some thought at first that the brilliant metallic black crystals might be
bismuthinite, but Guanghua Liu assures us that they are stibnite.
The actinolite occurs as parallel to radiating crystals in fibrous masses, and rarely as slender elongated crystals embedded in
bismuthinite. It commonly shows an asbestose texture.
Very similar specimens found at earlier times at Julcani have been identified as
bismuthinite and/or boulangerite.
Other less attractive but interesting species include bismuth minerals (native bismuth,
bismuthinite, cosalite, bismutite), tungsten minerals (scheelite, ferberite) and several borates including ludwigite in large, radiated masses, inderite, szaibelyite and canavesite-a species described in 1978 for which Brosso is the type and, so far, only locality.
The sulfides and Sulfosalts are very well represented, most notably arsenopyrite,
bismuthinite, bournonite, cylindrite, franckeite, pyrargyrite, pyrite, stannite, stibnite, teallite, and wurtzite Among the oxides, cassiterite and quartz are most important and siderite is the most important carbonate.
Finally, sulfides (pyrite, pyrrhotite, lollingite, chalcopyrite, cobaltite,
bismuthinite) were deposited.
Bismuthcontaining minerals found include native bismuth, bismite, bismutite,
bismuthinite, and beyerite (Jahns and Wright, 1951).
Felbertailte is always intimately intergrown with argentian lillianite and, rarely, with cannizzarite, Se-free junoite, Se-free proudite,
bismuthinite derivatives and cosalite.
