Just a note that if you remove an entry from one section (e.g. Create), please don't forget to add it to another section (e.g. Improve) so that the article doesn't get lost.

How about Ishibashi Takaaki and Tunnels?

I'd been meaning to add Tunnels to medium priority but I forgot. I wasn't aware of some of their history though, and it seems they're much more worthy of an article than I thought! Will do. Can't believe I forgot monomane! I was actually planning on making a whole page for that too, it's such a big thing here. In future it'd probably be better if you add the articles you've just finished to the end of the improve list.
