You are invited to participate in the Destubathon of the Americas , a contest/editathon which will run from May 1 to May 31. The goal is to destub as many of our 475,000+ stubs for the Americas (from Alaska down to Chile) as possible. A good chance to have fun in expanding many of our old stale stubs and win up to 2000ドル (2680ドル) in Amazon vouchers for expanding stub articles. Sign up in the Contestants/participants section on the contest page if interested. Even if not interested in prizes you are still warmly welcome to participate in it as an editathon! Hopefully we can achieve something significant in the month of May together! ♦ Dr. Blofeld 17:03, 15 April 2026 (UTC) [reply ]

Introduction of factual errors at Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis

[edit ]

As a user since 2019 with over 3000 edits, you should know better than to re-introduce vandalism and then put a false accusation of vandalism on the talk page of the user who reverted it in the first place. ~2026-32492-01 (talk) 00:40, 3 June 2026 (UTC) [reply ]

Perhaps a less adversarial tone would be easier to approach. In any case - From an initial search it seemed like vandalism, I can admit that was wrong, but a temp account making an unsourced date change to a release date, not a great look. Heyallkatehere (talk) 00:55, 3 June 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
"A temp account making an unsourced date change to a release date" is exactly what I reverted and you re-introduced ~2026-32492-01 (talk) 01:09, 3 June 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
You ever hear the phrase "Do not chase a man who has stolen your clothes, for the public will not know who is the madman between you"?
Edit summaries are to prevent this exact problem. I fully recognize that sometimes leaving an edit summary when just hitting undo is a bit of a chore, I often forget to do so myself. But you can't then go on a crusade about it when mistakes like this happen. All I saw was exactly what you saw when you reverted the last guy. I made a bad call, but let's call it what it is, a mistake while RC patrolling. Heyallkatehere (talk) 01:14, 3 June 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
"All I saw was exactly what you saw when you reverted the last guy." Not exactly true. What I saw was someone making an unprompted change to the release date (which I knew to be an incorrect change). What you saw was someone reverting that change, rather than changing it themselves. Which means you presumably thought the release date was just wrong, for some reason, until that temporary account "fixed" it. Be human and make mistakes, but I'm tired in over a year of editing Wikipedia through multiple temporary accounts of constantly having accusatory messages and templates be left on my talk pages by arrogant people who haven't bothered to actually stop and think about what's on their screen. ~2026-32492-01 (talk) 01:27, 3 June 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
In any case - I apologize for the bad revert, my bad. Heyallkatehere (talk) 13:03, 4 June 2026 (UTC) [reply ]

Redirect target

[edit ]

I changed this redirect to point to Fleece Johnson because "The Booty Warrior" is documented as a nickname associated with Johnson, and the article on Johnson specifically discusses the nickname and the connection to The Boondocks . Since Fleece Johnson is the real person associated with the name, I believe he is the more appropriate primary redirect target than a list of fictional characters. I do not intend to continue reverting over this. If another editor disagrees, I am open to discussing the appropriate redirect target here and reaching consensus. ~2026-32911-16 (talk) 14:31, 4 June 2026 (UTC) [reply ]

Hiya! I left a message on your talk page, I apologize for the mess - it's a high vandalism time of day, and it *really* looked like potentially libelous vandalism at first, I've left your edits up. Sincerely sorry about that. Heyallkatehere (talk) 14:32, 4 June 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
