Characters of The Last of Us (TV series)
[edit ]Hi Decrow0. Welcome again to Wikipedia; I hope you're doing well. Thanks for your good first edits, and for correctly citing your sources. I just wanted to drop a message to let you know that I reverted your edits on the article Characters of The Last of Us (TV series) as I felt it somewhat mischaracterised the reference: Rodriguez mentions others' criticisms of the casting (which is why the reference is already cited—#203 in this revision) but I didn't notice any mention of a "[missed] opportunity for authentic trans representation". If you feel that I've missed something, please let me know, and don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else. Thanks again for your positive contributions, and happy editing! – Rhain ☔ (he/him) 05:25, 21 April 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
Crockett
[edit ]Hi Decrow0.
Please do not introduce content that was previously deleted multiple times on Crockett's page. If you wish to re-add, please bring it to the talk page per WP:ONUS, which you'll see the original reason in peer review on why such content was deleted to begin with. WP is not a record of every single piece of legislation introduced by every politician as you'll also see mentioned on the talk page. A piece of legislation existing does not mean we automatically cover it. I did restore some content which you claim is unsourced but that is verified by the secondary source and that has been long-standing.

- lots of reps' wiki pages have legislation their introduced in their pages Decrow0 (talk) 14:34, 4 May 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
- Please see the Talk Page for more information. A large issue with legislation (especially with newer representatives) is WP:RECENTISM. Often, we don't know what legislation will be defining. However, Wikipedia is not a place where we include every single piece of legislation because it would be a violation of several of its policies. Post-1992 politics is also a Wikipedia:Contentious topics which has additional rules in addition to WP:BLP. Often, press releases and trade magazines run a close line to original research which violates Wikipedia:No original research. Wozal (talk) 14:45, 4 May 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
- you seem to fine with not covering the full context of Crockett's tenure Decrow0 (talk) 14:39, 4 May 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
Introduction to contentious topics
[edit ]You have recently edited a page related to the Arab–Israeli conflict , a topic designated as contentious . This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia's norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practices;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Additionally, you must be logged in, have 500 edits, and have an account age of 30 days, and you are not allowed to make more than 1 revert within 24 hours on any page within this topic.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware }} template.

- I'm leaving this notice for you as you edited part of Jasmine Crockett that pertains to this topic area. Per WP:PIA you should not be editing anything relating to Israel-Palestine unless you are extended-confirmed. Thanks and best regards, ser!
