However, there may be a problem as you try to create the account - you might not be able to read the captcha (e.g. if you are using a screen reader or a browser that does not support pictures), or the software might prevent you from creating the account due to it containing an offensive word or being similar to another username. These filters are in place to stop people abusing the system and creating accounts to be disruptive. However, the filters are not perfect and there may be legitimate reasons why an account should be created.
