Hi, I'm Daniel (more commonly known online as Dingus2763). I'm an editor on Wikipedia, with the goal of changing the world, one edit at a time.

When I first used Wikipedia, I thought it was incredible that something so simple could be so complex. The entire world's knowledge, always improving and growing, all at the will of your very fingertips. As a child, I thought just the concept of editing an article on this site would be the coolest thing ever. And to be honest, it still is! Every letter I type, even in this page, is just a little bit of knowledge poured into the world. Edit after edit, I try and strive to do even better the next time around.

Whenever I don't know what to do, or when I'm bored, I go on Wikipedia, click the little "Random article" button on the Main menu sidebar, and get lost in the sea of knowledge we know as the online encylopœdia. Going from article to article, even just for a few minutes, makes me feel smarter ever time I do it. From anything such as history, to biology, to even entertainment, I could get lost for hours finding and clicking on all the links in articles.

In conclusion, I love all things Wikipedia, and strive to achieve the knowledge of the best editors. My takeaway from this, is that no matter what, if you love something, strive to do it.
