Umsning is one of the 60 Legislative Assembly constituencies of Meghalaya state in India.[2] It is part of Ri Bhoi district and is reserved for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes. The constituency was established after the passing of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly constituencies order, 2008.[3] It had its first election in 2013.
