Does '... was promoted in 1871...' mean that the law was then passed? Perhaps for clarity - even if not necessary for legal language purposes, there should be something along the lines of '... and the court was duly abolished.' Jackiespeel (talk) 16:07, 11 June 2014 (UTC)
Actually it was never abolished and I have added a sentence in the article to clarify this. 85.210.9.122 (talk) 13:56, 10 January 2015 (UTC) [reply ]
