Alexander Naddour → Alex Naddour – Per WP:COMMONNAME. The destination page currently serves as a redirect to this one and it should be the other way around. Subject is most commonly identified as Alex, not by his full name of Alexander. This can be observed via USA Gymnastics, Team USA, multiple news outlets including The Arizona Republic, The Olympian, NBC Sports, and USA Today, and the subject's own Instagram, X/Twitter, and workplace referring to him in this manner.
