Redirect change + page move

I'm redirecting Alam (flag) to this page, as that is clearly the general meaning of that term, used in many sources, e.g.: [1] (see p.406), [2], [3], [4], [5] (see p.412), etc. There's no reason to keep directing that name towards Flags of the Mughal Empire in particular, as it currently does.

For the same reason, I'm going to do a WP:BOLD move from "Alem (finial)" to "'Alam (finial)", as alem is the Turkish spelling in particular, and 'Alam (the Arabic transliteration) is used elsewhere. You can see the same example sources above. The article will need to be updated to reflect this general scope beyond Ottoman art, in keeping with the fact that Wikipedia is a global encyclopedia.
