This image shows (or resembles) a symbol of Islamic terrorism, such as al-Qaeda or the "Islamic State", which has been banned by Austria, China, Germany, Russia and other countries.
The usage of this image for non-educational purposes is forbidden in Austria, China and Germany.
In China, the applicable law is Counter-terrorism Law of the People's Republic of China. In Germany, the applicable law is Strafgesetzbuch section 86a (see Strafgesetzbuch Paragraph 86a in German). See the ban here (in German). In Russia, the applicable law is Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
