This draft's references do not show that the subject meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for organizations and companies. The draft requires multiple published secondary sources that:
  • provide significant coverage : discuss the subject in detail, excluding routine coverage like product launches, staff appointments, or financial reports and listings in databases or listicles;
  • are reliable : from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
  • are independent : not connected to the subject, such as press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.

  • copyright issues : they may closely paraphrase existing text, leading to copyright violations.

Instead, only summarize in your own words a range of independent, reliable, published sources that discuss the subject.

  • Comment: Zero coverage of the company in independent sources. The draft is also still LLM-generated, removing a few em-dashes and resubmitting it won't change this. 🍅 fx (talk) 15:01, 10 April 2026 (UTC)

Headquartered in San Francisco, Anduin serves private market firms across North America, Europe, and Asia. Its services include technical solutions and strategic advisory for fund lifecycle management and investor data management. The platform supports various asset classes, including private equity, private credit, real estate, venture capital, hedge funds, digital assets, and infrastructure.

History

[edit ]

Anduin is a technology company focused on infrastructure for private market transactions. The company was founded in 2014 by Joe Lonsdale, chairman of 8VC and co-founder of Palantir, and Alin Bui, a former IBM engineer. Their focus was addressing the gap between the rapid growth of private markets and the limited technology supporting its operations.[1]

Lonsdale became chairman; Bui became founding CEO; and Binh Nguyen, a former Palantir engineer, became CTO.

In 2019, Anduin released the first version of its Fund Subscription platform, its opening product built for the private equity space.

In August 2020, Eliot Hodges, a former forward deployed engineer at Palantir, joined Anduin as CEO. Alin Bui transitioned to Chief Strategy Officer and later Chief Operating Officer.

In March 2024, Anduin received the Best Fundraising Solution award at the Private Equity Wire US Emerging Manager Awards.[2]

In June 2024, Anduin launched Investor Data Management (IDM), a platform for fund managers to centralize and operationalize investor data, and Data Extraction, a service that converts offline documents into structured data.

In March 2025, Anduin launched Integration Hub, a module designed to connect its platform to Salesforce, DealCloud, Affinity, Allvue, etc., to sync investor data and automate private market workflows.

In 2025, Anduin launched Integration Hub, a module that connects its platform to CRM and portfolio monitoring systems that includes Salesforce, DealCloud, Affinity, and Allvue, to sync investor data and automate workflows. Products & Services

[edit ]

Investor Onboarding Platform

[edit ]

Anduin’s first and most widely known product is Fund Subscription, which is designed to automate digital onboarding for investors while maintaining complex fund structures[3] . The system utilizes interactive e-subscription documents and auto-fill forms. It employs conditional logic to guide users through required steps and automatically shows the necessary fields and disclosures based on user responses.

LP Data Management

[edit ]

LP Data Management or Investor Data Management is a data platform that centralizes and maintain investor information across the full lifecycle of private market fundraising. The system consolidates investor documentation into a master profile, organizing data across multiple funds within a single environment. It draws on this centralized data to pre-fill e-subscription documents, track AML/KYC and identity document expirations, and issue automated notifications when renewals are required.

Virtual Data Room

[edit ]

The virtual data room (VDR) is a secure, centralized repository that manages the storage and distribution of fund documentation across investor workflows. The platform includes document management tools, granular permission settings, activity-based usage analytics, and white-label customization options.[4]

To protect investor data, the product incorporates security measures such as SOC 2 certification, single sign-on (SSO), and two-factor authentication.

Integration Hub

[edit ]

Integration Hub is a connectivity layer designed to link client platforms with external productivity tools, communication applications, and file storage systems. The platform supports integrations with AML/KYC solutions and CRM software, including industry-specific platforms such as Salesforce, DealCloud, Affinity, and Allvue.[5]

Data Extraction Service

[edit ]

Anduin converts offline subscription materials, including physical paperwork and fragmented PDF documents, into structured data compatible with active fund workflows. The service processes traditional subscription materials and standardizes the resulting information to align with compliance, reporting, and communication requirements.

Achievements

[edit ]

In March 2024, Anduin was named Best Fundraising Solution at the Private Equity Wire US Emerging Manager Awards 2024.[6] The awards recognize excellence in both fund performance and service providers within the private equity manager community.

In the Service Provider categories, nominees are selected based on a broad survey of more than 100 emerging private equity fund managers, with final winners determined by receiving the highest number of votes from Private Equity Wire readers.
