  • Comment: Moved from the mainspace. Wow, is this ever extremely promotional. Sourced to company homepages and YouTube videos, this is borderline {{G11 }}-able. Please respond to the WP:PAID notice on your user talk page prior to continuing to edit. Thanks, Bobby Cohn (talk) 19:17, 31 March 2025 (UTC)

Adcetera is a digital marketing and advertising agency headquartered in Houston, Texas, with offices in The Woodlands, Texas, and Chicago, Illinois.

Introduction

[edit ]

Adcetera is an American advertising and digital marketing agency headquartered in Houston, Texas. Founded in 1982, the agency provides integrated marketing services, including brand strategy, digital design, and media planning for clients in the energy, healthcare, and technology sectors. It is a certified woman-owned business.

History

[edit ]

Adcetera was established in 1982 by Kristy Sexton in Houston, Texas. Originally focused on graphic design and print production, the agency expanded into digital marketing and web services as the industry shifted in the late 1990s.

In 2012, the agency’s headquarters in Midtown Houston gained local media attention when the building’s history and reported paranormal activity were featured in a Houston Chronicle profile by columnist Kyrie O'Connor. The article detailed the agency's 30-year history and its occupancy of a building on the former site of the McIlhenny family home.[1]

The agency expanded its physical presence in 2019 by opening an office in The Woodlands to serve its growing roster of North Houston-based clients.[2] In 2026, Adcetera launched A82 Sports Marketing, a specialized division focused on sports strategy, sponsorships, and live event production.

Operations

[edit ]

The agency operates three offices located in Houston, The Woodlands, and Chicago. Its service offerings are divided into creative services, digital strategy, media buying, and analytics.

Adcetera has executed campaigns for various international brands and organizations. Notable projects include:
• Roborock: A 2024 broadcast and social media campaign for the global robotics brand.
• Fracht Group: A brand partnership campaign with Inter Miami CF.
• Loomis: A digital infrastructure and website modernization project.

Recognition

[edit ]

In 2023, Adcetera was named the "Small Agency of the Year – PPC" by Search Engine Land for its performance-driven marketing work in the healthcare sector.[3] The agency was also highlighted in 2024 when thenetworkone global indie award winners were announced by LBBOnline, noting the agency's work among independent creative firms.[4] The agency is frequently listed by the Houston Business Journal as one of the largest women-owned businesses in the Houston metropolitan area.[5]
