Darwinbox is an AI-powered cloud HCM suite platform, headquartered in Singapore.[4] [5] [6] The platform is a Human capital management (HCM) suite designed to help enterprises and growing organizations automate day-to-day HR operations.[7] [8]
History
[edit ]Darwinbox was launched in 2015 by Jayant Paleti, Rohit Chennamaneni, Chaitanya Peddi and Vineet Singh.[4]
In February 2021, The Filipino conglomerate JG Summit Holdings partnered with Darwinbox[9] and in October 2025, it expanded its partnership with Darwinbox.[10]
In 2022 Darwinbox became a unicorn, valued at over 1ドルB.[11] [12]
In January 2023, Microsoft invested in Darwinbox.[13] In 2024, Darwinbox elevates its CTO Vineet Singh as fourth Co-Founder.[14]
In March 2025, Darwinbox raised 140ドル million by Partners Group and KKR & Co. to accelerate global expansion.[15] [16]
In August 2025, Darwinbox received 40ドル million funding from Canada's Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan.[17]
As of 2025, more than 4 million employees across approximately 130 countries use the Darwinbox platform.[18] [19]
Recognitions
[edit ]In 2021, Darwinbox becomes the Youngest and Only Asian Player to Feature on Gartner's Magic Quadrant for cloud HCM suite.[20] In 2025, Darwinbox named Challenger in Gartner® Magic Quadrant for the second consecutive year, accelerating AI in HCM.[21]
